two loops. aimed to keep map contact the whole time and managed it apart from one control.

Orienteering 37:08 [4] 4.2 km (8:50 / km)

lost 2-3mins over the intire course felt good and kept contact the entire time.

tour classic. cocked up the first three number 2 really badly. but after that was nearly completly clean for the rest of the course till 15. between 3 and 15 was navigating almost perfectly as managed to check off what was coming up and even when i went off line realised and pulled myself back on.

tour sprint qualifier. mostly good apart from two controls

sprint final really good run but ran straight past 7 and had to go back up the hill would of been winner if i hadnt done that.

tour middle. was a little slow for first half. and later on in the second half made some mistakes.

Orienteering (line) 20:00 [3] 2.2 km (9:05 / km)

went well better than day before some was fast some slow.

good should how much it is possible to simplify in the terrain but made one mistake as didnt check compass enough.

Orienteering 19:14 [5] 2.2 km (8:45 / km)

exercise was to run course as hard as we could which i did mostly clean but a few mistakes in the control circle.

Orienteering 17:30 [4] 2.2 mi (7:57 / mi)

same course as morning but taken slower to prove that running slightly slower can be more useful and better than completly beasting it.

trains exercise. fun and no mistakes

mostly good. but need to remember to stick to bearing and choose obvious route choises so that i have obvious features to pick off and use.

reran the mornings course to go over legs that mistakes where made on.

working on flow through controls doing 2 then 3 then 4 and then the rest.
first 2: good but put of by house coming down to the second.
next 3: cocked up first so went back and reran it.
next 4: very clean hit every control well.
rest: again very clean.

was aiming to know where i was the whole time.
plan worked well and was constantly in contact only lost it on number 1 when i came off my bearing slightly and made everything fit but realised. and missed number 5 slightly.

Orienteering (long short) 25:00 [3] 3.2 mi (7:49 / mi)

again aim to keep contact and flow through but didnt go as well as other exercises as sort of forgot what it was that i was trying to do.

Orienteering 35:00 [4]

clock relay. was fast running only two mistakes due to not setting attack points and just winging it.

Orienteering 12:00 [4]

control cottecting but in a race was pretty fun and fast.
