Was meant to go down for the long race in forestof dean but Dad hadnt entered himself and dessided he didnt want to drive down so went for run with athletics club there were only 3 of us and was really warm again but felt quite good running.

just a short jog before session legs felt completly dead after yesterday.

coaches dessided that the session that we were meant to do was a bit harsh considering the weather. so eended up just pacing for a mate for a couple of 200m ready for his 800m race and then ended up do a group core sessio which was pretty hard.

me and my dad went to the lakes for a walk. as we were going up weather was pretty shit with clouds but still really warm but cleared up and seemed to get cooler as well.

biked to mates house pretty quick then to cash point and very quick back from the cash point as didnt want to hang around with large amount of money in wallet.

Biked back from mates again was going pretty quickly.
