was meant to go to an athletics club session but nobody was there when i got there so ran home. wasnt as fast as i could of been as fell over cutting across a field and only had trainers on and it was slippy. hit my knee which hurt for a while but stopped

biked to training. went quite fast.

hard session was the only one in my group there so seemed harder as i had nobody to run with.

200m then 200m jog recovery twice then 400m with 400 jog recovery

cycled back from training. legs felt so dead after the session.

couldnt get a lift to athletics so did a fastish run around the nobottle loop very hilly but felt pretty good.
