Cycling tempo 22:50 [4] 6.0 mi (3:48 / mi)

biked to training and had to go pretty fast as i thought i was late.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3] 24.0 km (38 / km)
shoes: Saucony Progrid Omni 7

warm up jog and then jogged a lap after the rubbish excuse for a session.

Running intervals 3:30 [3] 1.0 km (3:30 / km)
shoes: Saucony Progrid Omni 7

had a 1000m interval session but legs were so dead that only managed to do the first one.

Cycling 33:00 [2] 6.1 mi (5:25 / mi)

cycled home was quite a bit slower on the way back as i was nakered.

Running race 4:27 [5] 1.5 km (2:58 / km)

1500 race wast a very good race as didnt have anybody to run with and was out in front for the whole race.

warm up before races.

Running race 10:04 [5] 3.0 km (3:21 / km)

did the 3km as well as i was bord and had nothing to do. again the time was a bit slow but was out in front by about 200m.

warm up around hunsbury hill.
warm down 2 laps of the track.

Running intervals 30:00 [5] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Saucony Progrid Omni 7

200m then 200m jog recover times 2 then 400m with 400m jog recovery only did set 4 times as have a run tomorrow.
