Went for a run to see how legs were after the trampling. wasnt running to fast. went out across the fields.

Warm up before english schools cross country.

Note

english schools cross country but didnt finish as fell over in the first 100m and got a little bit trampled and by the time i had got up there was a fare distance between me and the entire field so i just dropped out. regret it now though and am really annoyed with myself.

Cycled to athletics was goign pretty fast. This time i had lights so felt a bit safer.

Worked out that i was doing just over 14 laps every ten minutessession felt pretty hard.
