Race was ok made a few stupid mistakes when i thought id be able to get through a gap in the hedge that wasnt acctually there. Running was ok but the distance was short i think i could probably of run a bit faster but was still running at a good speed.

played on the wing for half a game so didnt do that much then played flanker for the second half so much more fun but also work. got a nice stamp to the face and just above my knee feels fairly bruised but it should be alright by tomorrow.

Not to hard as have a match tomorrow so we just played touch

felt good until legs tightened up in the last section.

had to pick my bike up from a mate so ran down didnt feel very fast
