did not feel good felt like i was going to be sick on the way back. had to stop and do laces so time might vbe out by a bit.

Cycling long 55:00 [1] 16.0 km (3:26 / km)

went for bike ride with a mate not hard just took quite a long time.

Running tempo 12:30 [3] 3.0 km (4:10 / km)

Went for short fastish run across terrain. legs felt suprisingly tight after the bike ride earlier

went at steady pace but felt good didnt realy fell rugby at lunch during run so was ok.

Running intervals 20:00 [5] 4.14 km (4:50 / km)

Intervals of 2kms done in 7:23 and 7:27 only did two laps as was feeling runs from the weekend.
