Things went alot better today with both running speed and navigation this could of been because i was concentrating more or am just getting used to using a map again. y use of compass and bearings was a lot better today than yeserday but i need to work on control flow as was losing a few seconds on alot most controls.

Not a good run. Lost time on every leg due to poor navigation. Need to work on using compass when leaving control and staying on bearings. running speed was poor as well.

Laps on a hill near were i live. Did 27 laps. the hill is has about 15m climb but that could be wrong. Laps are about 75m long.
Felt good but did have to stop and strech once after the frist 3 because calves were tight from yesterday so streched them of and had no more complaints

Cycling tempo 35:00 [3] 14.0 km (2:30 / km)

Gave my brother a race around 7k loop from house did two laps.

Fun but hard played against the year 11 so got some good takles in while haveing to cover a lot of the pitch

Running tempo 34:00 [4] 8.11 km (4:12 / km) +65m 4:02 / km

Most of the run felt good butdied a little going up hill to the end but this was probably just because i had done rugby training earlier.
