Made it back from Catterick last night after a couple of days on duty, I was planning on running while up there but unfortunately I had to help organise getting people back to help with the flooding. So first run since Christmas day. Good loop over to Holdenby then over to Harlstone and back along the roads.

Christmas day run. Not feeling great but. Went off fairly steadily with Willy he then ran away from me on the final hill up to the village.

Run over the fields to Harlstone with Willy and Ali. The fields are pretty boggy, sinking into the mud a lot.

Cross Country 35:27 [4] 8.79 km (4:02 / km) +124m 3:46 / km
shoes: Inov-8 X-talon Blue

Regimental cross country. Interesting course that was pretty wet and boggy. With a large climb in the middle. Ended up leading it by quite a long way so settled in a little bit.
Course could me good for training runs.
