Went out for about 10k with Newman and it ended up turning in to a bit of a progression run. Legs were struggling a little on the hills early on but started to feelquite strong in the final couple of k.

We were going to do some backwards lunges but I had an odd pain in my foot when it bent so decided these were not the best idea.
