Rest day fun at the sprint race after spending some time on the beach. sort of cruised around as really couldn't be bothered working hard.

3rd day. this went a little better but mainly because the first 4 controls went pretty slowly and Tom caught me and we ran most of the course together.Was good to have someone to push me and make me run at a normal speed, as i had been a bit of a pussy for the rest of the week.

2nd day of the Scottish. This didn't go well either. Caught by Tullie early on and tried to hold on which worked for a little while, then Murray caught me up and tried to hold on which was a mistake and I died after about a leg.

First day of the Scottish and it did not go well. Running badly and even managed to make some small mistakes on a very easy course.

Quick run up Ben Vorlich on the way to Glasgow with Cherry. Weather a little cloudier toady than the others but cleared up completely as we reached the top. Went up an interesting way that was definitely no the path but the route down was quite obvious when we reached to top.

Run up Bidean and along the ridge to Ben Sgreamhach, and then dropped in the 'lost valley' which was a pretty cool place. Weather properly sunburn weather and there was absolutely no wind on the tops.

Best day of the week only 3 seconds down on the leader today and think i lost quiet a lot more than that. Felt like I was running well today and was running quite cleanly as well.

Felt a lot better to and seemed to be running much quicker. Was running cleanly for the first section but made several mistakes later on that added up.
