biked over to porter brook with Kris before run.

went for a run with Kris up to top of porters brook then on road for a little while and up a foot path and then so that we got something out of it went straight to stanage pole through some deep heather and marshes. then on the way back ran through the woods to redmires then we went a little bit off course on the way back and so spent more time in heather and marsh and fro the stile back to the bikes we picked up the pace was pretty fun run down hill through porters brook.

ran down to park then jog and drills in the park with everyone else.

intervals with shuoc in endcliffe park.
doing one big loop followed by the short then a medium in groups of three so rest until everyone finishes was feeling quite good.

short jog and some streches with shuoc after the session

went up honister pass a little way then up some stupidly steep hill as we couldnt find the path and then on to dale head. a pretty nice run weather was a bit shit again and was getting blow about quite a bit.fun decent from dale head back to hostel.

went to lake district with josh for a bit of training. ran up great gable weather was aweful times when got blown backwards when i was jumping over rocks were planning to do a coule more hills but would probably of died as neither of us really had decent clothing on. was feeling pretty good though
youth hostel to starhead tarn 57mins from there to top of great gabel 27mins back down in 16mins and back to hostel in 43mins.

Ran down to the monument pretty quick as thought i was going to be late then jogged up to bingham park with everyone else. did a couple of drills.

intervals in bingham park along the path. 2 mins out then back trying to beat time done out. 1 min recov 5 times. pretty hard session legs still feeling a little bit tired from track on tuesday but other than that not really any problems.

pretty hard session was feeling good during it though but calfs hurt a bit now.

Compass sport cup final running light green was almost no point in me even going down such a rubbish area.

had to go wake up the mug who had slept in to long because he got tired while worrying about not waking up on time. then jogged up to start of prologue. and then to the next course and back after.

Sprint training with Ralph and Kris did courses from last year sprint race so had already done them but tried to choose different route choices on the ones that i remembered.

2x 6 hills with 90secs recovery between sets. was feeling pretty good for most of it chest was a little bad near the end.

had to walk from half way up west street back to endcliffe with my bike on my back as got a fucking puncture so fucking annoying and nearly got hit by a car as well.

Hills in bingham with the others not sure distances and climb are right but did 2 30 60 90 secs pyramids.
felt pretty hard but chest was still bad.

managed to get a lift down to the track. warm up of two laps then a few strides and stuff.

2mins run 1 min rest. only did 5 as i am still tryi9ng to get rid of this fucking cold did feel good until chest started to hurt though so was a bit annoyed managed to get between 650 and 600 on all five so was pretty happy.
