Run along the coastal path from Lulworth to Osmington and back. This was quite hilly but a very nice run.

A rather hilly run along the south coast from Lulworth. Really good weather so great views, but the hills were a lot steeper than I expected.

Note

Haven't been updating the train much recently as I could really be bothered. Have not been doing too much training since June as I injured my wrist. Turned out it was broken and had been in a cast since July. Managed to keep the training ticking over a little though but took the last two weeks off almost completely as had a pin put in and I didn't want an infection. The stitches are now out though so should get some training in soon, although still in a cast so need to avoid the rain.

Gym with Harvey. Squat session working up to a two rep max. Got up to 105kg in 5kg steps from 80. Only managed 1 on 105 though.
Then some forward lunges with 50kg 5 on each leg 3 times.
Slightly awkward with wrist but went OK.
