Got back a little to late for hills so Jonny gave me a lift out along Manchester road then run back along the road at bottom of rivelin and up heros. Was pretty dark and some section were hard to see on, got to bottom of heros in 14:48.

Got back a bit later than planned so stayed on the roads. Looped through bole hill and the cemetery. The along moss lane through to sandygate and along to the end of the golf course, over the hill and back along fulwood road. Legs seemed a bit tired at the start so stopped for a stretch a couple of times.
