Booted run for CO PT. Jogged out of camp and on to area as a group for a warm up.

A hard session with a mixture of hill intervals and a couple of almost km reps. Running in boots is always a little slower but we were given a large amount of rest to let the slower people finish. Still seemed like a good session and I was working hard on the intervals.

Short jog around to go out onto the area with the Squadron but back gates were closed so we headed to the tank park.

Run around the nature reserve. Did a few accelerations. Run was quite good to stretch out the legs after 27 hours travelling.

Final day in Austria. Body was feeling pretty battered from falling of the sled quite few times but needed the cash machine which was in the next village. Found a fairly decent loop apart from a very slushy field.

Another afternoon run in the woodland near by. Started heading to the top of the hill then another loop and back toward the supermarket to get lunch. Quite a lot of snow on the ground and it started snowing near the end of the run.

Spending the week in Austria learning to Skeleton Bob. Have a relaxed afternoon so managed to get out for a run. Ended up running down hill at the start more than was a good idea.
