Booted run for CO PT. Jogged out of camp and on to area as a group for a warm up.

A hard session with a mixture of hill intervals and a couple of almost km reps. Running in boots is always a little slower but we were given a large amount of rest to let the slower people finish. Still seemed like a good session and I was working hard on the intervals.
