CO's PT. Started with 15kg and ran out on to the area where the troop picked up some ammo tins to carry to the next RV across the tank driving area so some of the puddles were hip deep. Dropped off the ammo boxes and carried on to the next RV at this point one of the Troopers was struggling so I was given his webbing until the end. At the RV one of the Captains had to get on a stretcher and the troop had to carry him to the next RV along a undulating rough gravel track at one point for got about my cast and started carrying it with my left hand. At the next RV we dropped the stretcher and headed over the knife edge to the back gate and picked up two tyres that had to be carried to the end.
Legs felt really rough at the start but started feeling better the further we ran. They are now very stiff, going to have to spend the day stretching.
