OFT training. 3x 1 mile intervals. First with just rifle, second with webbing and rifle, third with all kit 19kg. Interval were around the PFA loop and then had a 300m walk recovery.
Thuis was not a fun way to start a monday morning. Legs were pretty gone by the end of the third interval.

Couple of laps of the football pitch to keep the pulse rate up while some people finished. Then we were doing intervals of firemans carry, baby carry and over shoulder carries. Followed by some short sprints with press-ups at the turn around point.
