Inter Counties Cross Country. Didn't go to well fet like I was struggling from the start and my legs were heavy all the way around. Definitely need some new spikes though as my heels started hurt after the first lap and got worse and worse, now have some rather large blood filled blisters on them. Not sure why legs were feeling so crap might be a combination of the knee and some time off, need to get back in to training hard and sort this poor running out.
