didnt really feel like it but desided i should go training so on Ralphs recomendation i went and fouund a hill to run up it. so jogged out to riverdale road.

ran up riverdale road 10 times. jog down recovery was about 200m rep doing it about 40secs legs felt better as sessio went on.
