managed to get a lift down to the track. warm up of two laps then a few strides and stuff.

2mins run 1 min rest. only did 5 as i am still tryi9ng to get rid of this fucking cold did feel good until chest started to hurt though so was a bit annoyed managed to get between 650 and 600 on all five so was pretty happy.
