ran down to the athletics training in sheffield such a long run all on roads had to get Beasant to show me the way other wise i would of been screwed and go lost many many times.

5 mins hard then 75 sec recov wice then chest felt quite bad so went down to a four min rep then stoped after that as didnt want to make cold any worse.
