Cycled to/from the city gym ~ 15min both ways.

6x 30s stand (80RPM)/15s sit (90RPM)/ 1min spin/ 45s stand, 15s sit/ 1min spin/ 45s stand, 15s sit/ 1min spin + a bit extra wu/wd

Good session but not optimal recovery after as had to rush to work having not had much time to eat. Legs could feel that I've been cycling this week.
