Scottish Relays - 1st leg on 11+. 4th 1minute down on leaders, but keeping in front of the Women Open teams, just. Fraser came back first and Hazel then had tough challenge to hold back a number veteran men including Dixie.

Enjoyed a second outing to see the different gaffles and course C- running strongly without pushing hard. Fastest time on my course.

Scottish Champs - M21E. Too early for this and had to pull out after 70 minutes. Just not feeling right, don't know if this was terrain with road legs or just not recovered. Cracking terrain.
