Ride to Stirling to pick up car. Waited until window of sunshine. At the top of Sheriff Muir, hammered by hail and rain having to shelter at SM Inn. Silly me for not bringing along my Ski gloves for a ride in May. Bloody freezing going past Dumyat.

Tough Scottish plantation terrain run North of Braco. Followed new pylon track to start then into the woods with lots of fallen trees, marsh and dense forest and the odd nice bit. Lots more training in terrain needed,

Cracking little course at Hermitage woods. A bit off the pace and ragged technically. That sort of area. Transition to hills is hurting but will try and not get too worried. Another 8 days before the Scottish.
