Middle race - 2nd behind Jase 14 seconds down. Pretty please with run, just a couple of mistakes and not quite firing on all cylinders.

#1 - 10 seconds hesitant
#4 - to high / right on the route choice 30 sec
#16 - 30 seconds - pit in the wrong place
#17 - straight was 15 seconds quicker, I went round
#26 - 25 seconds

Leading at 25 with 3 easy controls to go so dissappointed to throw win at #26 as extra thicket on ground.

Still 49 points in UKL

Thirsk Urban race - Victory on the vets, 2nd on course. Pretty pleased although flow missing in places

Canal run at lunch. Decided to do this a little more pacey than normal to get some speed into the legs and ended up with fastest time for the route. :)

Wood Barr - Great course - so fustrated at not bothering to Orienteer properly and binning loads of time. Slid down a bank and landed on a rock which was sore. Missed last two by mistake.
