Auchingarrich SOL4 Brown - 2nd. Well and truely cuffed by Lard. Reviewed splits and realised that I binned lots of time (lots of woosing around and should have got on it and flowed more) but 63 was a good time. Really enjoyed course and area.

Threshold run to see how I'm shaping up. This felt very hard to average 3:46 m/k adjusted for climb. On vdot pace but could do with a bit of spare pace which wasn't there. Early days but lots to do and a small matter of endurance to focus on as well.

Strathyre - While Dawn headed towards Calander, we went toward Balquhidder on bikes. Lovely ride in the woods. Jamie doing ok on the hills.

Exact route from last Thursday but the other way round with flat canal to start, then long climb up through Colinton. Thought this would be faster but ended up with exactly the same time. Another good quality session.

After spending 50 minutes sat on the motorway missed circuits. Jon / MC in the same position, so it was decided a speed session was in order along with Adam and Alison (although MC and Alison decided chatting at the interval part would be easier!), 10 times 30 seconds. Tired from the weekend but managed a couple of sub 3 minute / k reps
