Tried pretty hard on this, so pretty disappointing to throw 5 minutes down the drain at a single control fairly near the end.

2nd 50 seconds down so could say I grasped a loss out of the jaws of victory!

Felt tired today, think it was one of those areas or i'm just tired.

jogget on the new cool map of Dunblane. Up past the longhursts and round to the high school, checking out houses. The new ones do not have the views I was expecting. then found a new route across a field to loop to the river.

warm up run really helped to get into pilates, and circuits were quality
