Faskally - compass sport trophy qualifier. 57min 6th which was ok, but lost time near the end and basic lack of pace on paths (hip pain hampering a little). Not my kind of area with lots of bitty legs, finding it difficult to keep flow going.
Still quite a bit to do to get up with Will and Godders, but moving in the right direction and good to be in front of the FVO 40 pack.

Really enjoyable and well done FVO getting victory

Run out the back of Braco trying to put a bit more pace into the run than normal. Back through the Christmas tree farm putting some pace into the last 3km down the track and road at 4 m/km

Walk from Lade Inn along the river to Ben Ledi path and then up the hill and return on forest tracks once catching Dad on track

From the main track left Dad to jog / walk up Ben Ledi. After yesterdays sunshine disappointing to be so cloudy but at least the sun came out a little. Full cloud on top with zero view. Pretty slow with boots and full walking gear.

Good solid terrain run with map with the speedsters Fraser, Ross, Will. Without compass this was very tricky so standard wasn't great. Shame Jase crocked himself and light failed.
