morale victory at Clyde's Muirsheil SOSOL on Brown. Ran hard and clean 56min managed to hold off the older men. One small problem of not punching bridge control when running past doh! It was on a straight line and just didn't see it on the map.

Calender with Gary and Jamie (on bike). Really great route for running with Jamie. From Calender park to lodges past Ben ledi car park. Gradual uphill all the way out, with the odd push, meant we were set for a quicker run back at a decent pace. Back 4 minutes quicker.

Dusted off (rusted off) the mtb and went out the back. Last time was in March with Janine, the only mountain bike ride in 2011. Really enjoyed it so must do this more often (apart from the puncture for last 2 km - just kept riding)

Exciting new track has been built joining Braco castle track to the windfarm track - not sure why, wondering if wind farm is happening over our way? Great to make a nice circuit!
