Seds training. Decided to go with the girls and lard, didn't want to take things too hard. Soon found out this wasn't an easy option, straight up ben an and then onto a session on the Trossachs map and those seds girls can run!
Very enjoyable quality session. good to be able to lead a number of legs to help focus my mind on the o. Good o intervals session.

End of day run from work to park and ride. sleet and snow would have meant crying off if it was not for needing to get home. Did extra loop around Herriot Watt which was pleasing.
