Green course at Tentsmuir after JS Trophy. Great course from Trevor. Missed a couple and going steady as calf a little sore, which explained 5 minutes down on Jamie's time.

Got up early in the rain to get miles in the bag for the day. From Braco on Kinbuck road, Dunlane, Bridge of Allan, through Stirling to Pirnhall.

Calf a bit sore downhills at the end.

Felt easy enough pace but then it was a long way off marathon pace

WEE organising Dunblane

Control hanging with a car - lots of bits of running. Calf not right so taking it easy tomorrow

i've never been good at multi tasking so collecting money and timing proved tricky!

20 minutes warm up and down

up the back of Braco on the track to the Windfarm
session was 6 * 1 km

4:30 (up hill)
5:36 up hill
3:38 down
3:56 down
5:40 down
4:13 down

session messed up by stopping for a lamb which had fallen down a cattle grid, so had to let the farm know half way through the session. Calf felt tweeky so ran slower on last two sets

Parked car and ran into work from Norton House via Canal - felt sluggish

Running 1:15:00 [4] 16.1 km (4:40 / km)

From work around Heriot Watt, along canal to Ratho Climbing centre and back through Newbridge to Norton house. Felt comfortable for an hour and then achilles was sore

Pleased with the 25km for the day
