Run through 20 shilling wood to monument in Comrie, terrain all the way. wow how nice.

Outing with Dawn and Jamie, along cycle route. From the Ben Ledi car park to Strathyre. Discovered stuc a chroin hill race on - looks brutal so relieved to not be running and enjoy a pint for return run back.

return trip back into a head wind, so a bit more pushing jamie. relatively easy running but still 19km for the day

day of DIY and gardening - pushing mower up and down, knackering so worth something in the log

quick run up glen banchor at the back of Newtonmore turned into long hill run up to 800m, fantastic evening views

recovery early morning group run with Longhursts, Will, Brad, before leaving Dundrum, very pleasant

Orienteering 32:00 [5]

JK relays - running strongly on second leg, just not the focus with 3 minutes of mistakes. Running though the whole of the short open field didn't help first control leg, but compass and map reading at fault and made a parallel error. Pretty disappointed with run as should have been 29 minutes. At least caught Fraser at the end to find some respectability coming in in front of the 120+ team.

team 10th - par a few places higher but no more.
