Found this pretty hard running considering at 7min pmile marathon pace, for 10 miles. Braco to Doune on the back roads and disused railway.

Need to find minute per mile for a half marathon

like a prize melon, went to university for a club run, no one turned up as they were in Dunblane - run over to Wallace M for warm up then went back to see anybody around, then went up through the woods towards Dumyat back onto Sheriff Muir road.
