Can Andy Murray make it a first grand slam event? - sadly not. First time I've felt Roger Federer is getting annoying - too good. Too good for Andy, who put in a good show, but not at extreme high level needed to beat Roger.

Long warmup for the city race - worried about calf, 5 minutes warm down

Orienteering 52:00 [4]

So good to be racing even if I had to hold back. Early mistake at #1 30 seconds and scappy near the end.

Ran on the edge of being pain free. Holding back particularly on the flat and downhill. Difficult to go slower than I wanted, on such a great event and area.

Sunday morning - greatly encouraged that calf feels ok.
