Polmont to Linlithgow up to Beascraigs following back route

Sunny morning and got into the swing on things pushing most of the way, until some guy nailed me at Newbridge - tried to hang on but got spat out.

Achilles still nippy

Ashes 1st test day 2- watched all the good work from the morning session be ground to smitherines.

4 lots of 1.2km every 6 minutes
4:24, 4:13, 4.14, 4.15 - pleased with consistency but worked hard. I know shouldn't have done session as achillies is now properly sore.
