Classic Sheffield run - from Psalter lane over to Ecclesall woods, up Limb valley, over to Ringinglow Quarry down Encliff Valley

steady start but got going after half an hour

from Pete and Paulines down to Endcliff and back - jog to ease sore achilles

Road Biking 1:31:00 [4] 24.0 mi (3:48 / mi)

sheffield to Matlock Bath (gullivers Kingdom) - good climb up to the top of Longshore then fantastic downhill to Baslow then flat from there- really enjoyed GK great for 4 year olds and I actually really enjoyed it - I'm a sucker for roller coasters.
