O training on Inshriach - Raining at 1 degrees, getting dark, got lost to start with - not he best session - got it together in the end

Few lengths in Aviemore pool and mess around with kids - body felt better for it

Dropped on Comrie to Braco road back through terrain. Sun setting amongst Scotts pines. Fuzzy head pretty much disappeared.
