doing lots of work at treetops at Newtonmore so had to resort to run in the dark back in Braco on paths / track - not inspiring

not really Gym, but spent over an hour raking very wet leaves - pretty knackering
- good core strength work out

terrain run out the back of Braco. Felt pretty good considering late night in Edinburgh. Calf although tight wasn't any problem

Run from Work at Gogarburn to Travelodge off Queensferry road before night out with team

Calf felt tight which was a bit of a worry.

Having a proper head torch seems to make a large difference - finally managed to get victory in a night race!
