jog round white course and warm up for club champs

Orienteering 53:39 [4] 8.27 km (6:29 / km)

Club champs - 2nd on Brown course - Barr Wood. Absolutely loved it.

A few mistakes and felt really slow in second half

#2 parallel error on re-entrants 40sec
#5 ran off to number 8 and missed slightly from 150m from control 1:30min
#12 didn't pick up detail on the leg - relocated 150 m beyond control could have been much worse 1min 30
# Spur near end 30 sec

had a look at route from Garman - total geekdom, but mad how offline you can go

Really excited about running - no side effects

Decided to try a little test out of leg before club champs. 5 km route from work. Felt ok apart from the sleet. Good to be out of work.

Yes I was actually running again!

Ran from work at Gogarburn into the centre of Edinburugh for meeting at 9.30. Over Corstorphine Hill, round the back of the Zoo and then down to Queensferry road - loved it.

Big rucksack didn't help to make me feel spritely or the 5 months of not running!

leg felt ok although still weak

Pallates and Circuits - Circuits felt hard but please hip flexor felt much stronger than last week
