very excited as turbo trainer has arrived - having a quick test watching Austrailia struggle against India - great!

Road Biking 1:15:00 [3] 30.0 km (2:30 / km)

Ride from Braco to Callendar - really cold headwind, went up the back road after Doune which was great

Running 45:00 [2] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

slow jog with Jamie and Dawn, with Jamie on bike, north of Calendar on Cycle track
