As not doing race at Loch Vaar thought it would be good to cycle to event from newtonmore
27kph not bad considering headwind

Jog round loch vaa. Achillies sore form day before

Amble around the yellow with Jamie and Jessica

Jessica went out in front with her mate Grace - did well although hesitant at couple of decision points. seems to be getting it though

Jamie made it round without a carry - bit of whinging for a while but not bad

Good steady speed, reading evrything on map - all fitting with just a couple of wiggles and hesitation

Loch Vaa really is a great area

Achillies is sore, but ok, rest it next week

FVO time trial - great stuff
Oh dear - i'm alright over 10 minutes and then screwed. second lap wasn't pretty nearly 1min longer. Competitive spirit kicked in with Rosco passing just before the steep hill, think helped to make first lap a little fast. Still shows I've got some work to do.
