Knee started bothering me last night, seems like a bit of a mission each time i need to get up or down stairs. walking is fine, but jogging was not good this morning. did a lot of stretching and warming up and decided to jog the course slowly avoiding the hills as much as possible.

Ran the first 3/4 of the deer lake race, the stairs were not good for my knees :(

Twisted my knee, I think it was on the way to the first control going down the hill. i could feel it as soon as i got up on the park on the other side of the ravine.
