Yoga (mountain fitness) 1:00:00 [2]

morning session with the campers and Sherri - great way to start the day. Feeling much stronger in holding things than ever

Strength 20:00 [5]

quick CF motions and instruction by P on a few things - Back was VERY sore next day and even later that night. Pull ups and ring pulls

MTN Bike 2:40:00 [3] 16.0 mi (6.0 mph)

great intro to get back on the trails - rode with the girls camp and then later in the day the short/long loops with the Burton Bro's. Legs lacking on the steep and power climbs but tech skills like I never stopped. Jordans trails is SICK now and love this group up here.

T-Run? Out on town trail, up long burton loop, downhiller ext and down 2N01. Let my legs go heading back and ended w/ 4 long strides on town trail. Hips open and feeling awesome running.

Greys Peak w/ Monique before base camp. Hips tight from all the sitting and maybe riding. Loosened up on the way back a bit but still feeling deep leg slug and altitude. Great trail and views.

Thur-Fri - massive workload. WA until late at night and then ended up staying in Pasadena and right back at it in the morning Fri. - very little sleep ~3hrs. Big push but happy to knock it out before weekend and then Fri evening picked up the audi. Lost of life stuff knocked off the list in 48hrs w/ insur, stock, etc. Stoked to enjoy the weekend and have it done

Quail laps w/ Monique in the morning. Felt GREAT running. scary actually. Legs and back sore from swimming but that run sorted me out. Ran with a baby coyote for a bit...slightly bigger than a rabbit - awesome. running is FUN!

up early and down in La Jolla for VMUG. Cramming presentation - Dear diary, i must stop volunteering for things outside of my region. Shoulder and back very sore from swim. Angles and legs feeling the bike too. whoa.

La Jolla for VMUG - did more talking than I do in 2 days and then preso at 4pm. exhausted but good nerdy stuff. Stoked to get some pool time and beers with James on the way out. Extra rest again but sticking to my 15 day goal. Looking like a long year so good to unload now.

Up Shady and back on the path. pwr meter dead and probably best I dont see...its going to be a long road but that is good because I like going long. I also do not remember those "epic" climbs around the neighborhood but I guess that is to be expected. Good times
