Bedford half
Felt hard throughout, because I expected an undulating course but the undulations were very much net uphill to about 10 miles. I had less left in the tank than I hoped for the last 5k, so a steadier run than planned.
In an ideal world I’d have run this time feeling like I could go 4-5 mins quicker, but that wasn’t the case.

Very very muddy on the common so paces meant not much, but was aiming for marathon pace for the first and last with some sharper stuff between. Quite pleased to find some pace for the short ones.

Wimbledon Common
Physically felt pretty good which was nice and a bit surprising. So I enjoyed the run.
But it was a bit ropey technically. Partly rusty, partly trying to go a bit too straight in places where that didn’t really work. Plus it is a vague area in places making it tricky to be clean.
