kings walden loop
did this late after not eating a whole lot during the day and had really started to run out of energy towards the end. I always find the long drag from Kimpton back to harpenden hard work.
Just past Lilley there is hexton hill which might be worth a look one day

Imperial College park race
Ran in a very relaxed frame of mind as I'm keen to have a few weeks hardly running at all before launching into a marathon training plan. Actually ended up pushing hard on a lot of the shorter legs but cruising on the longer ones.
One big mistake on #15 where I got completely turned around on the way out of the square. Plus a few cases where I wasn't forcing myself to concentrate. Suspect I should get away with that a bit more at some of the other park races!
