Nicely planned course and I enjoyed my run. Still not 100% so took it steady.

Ashridge - Black
Came up a bit too soon after a nasty virus, and I'd probably have done better to drop down a couple of courses. Lungs still not totally clear and I jogged round to protect myself.
Also found I made a couple of pretty bad mistakes, not quite thinking at 100% either.
But it was nice to get out and felt like i blew away some cobwebs.
