Just ground this one out really. Quite a bit slower than last time, partly due to wet ground but mostly due to losing leg strength. Interesting though that I don't really seem to have lost much speed on the track.
About 15 secs a rep slower than last time (when I also ran an extra rep)

BRC track reps
600/800/600/800/600 of 90s aiming for 2:05 and 2:48. Supposed to be 5k pace but that is probably a bit faster really.
Ran them in 2:04, 48, 06, 48, 05 so pleased with the pacing. And for all that I've felt a bit sluggish lately those are still good times for me. If I can just get going again from now I'll be fine.
