Made a complete mess of today by forgetting a lunch with friends. So my planned 21 miles got whittled down to this. Will try to juggle this week...

pretty poor running form and not feeling very dynamic just now. Thanks very much, marathon training.

Out & back along the Thames, aiming to keep a relaxed but brisk pace all the way.
I forgot how good double days are. Today's was a much quicker and more enjoyable hour of running than a full hour plodding and still won't need any recovery time.

15 mins mp, 10 mins tempo, 10 mins fartlek (roughly 45/15 efforts), 10 mins tempo, 15 mins mp
Segment times all over the place due to hills, but my efforts were based on the first mp stint which was flat and done in around 4:11/km so feels good overall.
