Some steady rowing, some 30s efforts at around 1:45 and a 2:30 effort at 1:59.

3x upper body circuits, with core in between, then legs weights.

wearing a wetsuit feels like cheating! Plus got some good tips from paul so feel like the swimming is improving a lot.
Could do with a proper time trial at some point as all my swim sessions are a bit of a guess. I forget how many lengths I've done and what time I started.

Hever Castle/Toy's Hill ride with paulc.
Great morning out. Really like strava - mainly because it says I was 30s quicker for Toy's and Rushmore and a minute quicker for Hogtrough. Partly down to being more prepared for The Hog this time around but still nice to see times improving.
